Involves synchronizing breath with a progressive series of postures, producing intense internal heat.

Bikram Beginning Series – All levels - 90 minutes - Heated

A demanding series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Bikram Yoga is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. To increase flexibility and toxin release as well as decrease injuries, it is done in a heated room.

Bikram Power Hour - All levels -60 minutes - Heated

Bikram's Beginning Series class with all postures condensed into a one hour period.  The class moves quickly.

Vinyasa Flow - Suitable for all levels - 60 minutes - Not heated

A dynamic sequence of asana, challenging strength, balance and flexibility. Movement is synchronized to breath and the poses run together smoothly.

Yin - Suitable for all levels - 90 minutes - Not heated

A slow paced style of yoga with postures held for longer periods of time. The aim is increasing circulation to the joints and improving flexibility. A great complement to more active forms of yoga.
